Quality
Improvement
Quality
Improvement in Health Services was born from academic
research, as were we. QuesGen allows for the
implementation of virtual any clinical Quality Improvement
initiative within your existing clinical environment, and
can provide you with a comprehensive toolkit of current,
academically validated metrics to benchmark Quality of Care
provided within your organization.
Fundamentally,
Quality Improvement Initiatives share much with clinical
research, as at their core they both rely on the collection
and analysis of timely, accurate data. QuesGen has an
extensive background in both arenas, and can work with you
in providing QI solutions ranging from Medication
Administration Reconciliation to quarterly Data-Reporting
into national registries, all the while providing
realtime-feedback to clinical staff and administrators.
There are three elements that are addressed with the
QuesGen QI approach. Projects may address all three or any
one or two that are most appropriate for the current
organizational status.
Outcomes Improvement
Ultimately, the most important element of improving quality
is having optimal patient improvement. Using QuesGen, all
variables considered in treatment can be analyzed to
determine the influence on patient outcomes.
National Reporting
Many practices are moving toward reporting information to
national registries. QuesGen can facilitate this national
reporting process.
Patient Satisfaction
While positive patient outcomes are important, so is
patient happiness. QuesGen can provide your organization
important information about how your patients have
responded to the process that they have gone
through.
